Keep your eyes open for the colour of the mist around the object you are testing with the Oddity Revelation Chemicals or any other sort of invoking tool; the colour of the mist indicates which kind of Altered Aspect is manifesting itself.
- Purple and black mist:Ā Disruption Aspect

- Purple, green and black mist:Ā Corruption Aspect
If you everĀ perceiveĀ any of the symptoms of Madness or fear-inducing frequencies, immediately stop what you are doing and follow the safety flowchart.
Attention! Objects that quickly "fade off" or briefly "phase away" are a major indicator of a manifestation of Horror. If you ever witness such environmental glitches, DO NOT WASTE TIME, call support right away; you will need directĀ help from the Containment team and almost certainly assistance from the Medical team.
Horror - highly infectious conscious corrupt aspect of reality. Despite the insatiable appetite, The Horror can't sustain their own uncontrollable growth, no matter how much they consume. They are in a perpetual hunger-driven state of alert violence.
Some forms of horror require more energy consumption more than others to survive, but either way they are always doomed to decaying.
Horror events constantly generate fear-inducing frequencies, that is why they embody fear in all life forms, awaking ill feelings on anyone near them.
Notes on Horror
- Jane said thatĀ a simple glimpse at a Horror, evenĀ simply visualizing it partially, will driveĀ a living being towards Madness and Violence.
-Ā Jane also said that the sound of their movements or environmental interactions can make you get dizzy and vomit.
- When asked to describe the smell, subjects describe anĀ "odorless suffocation", like your environment is asking your body to kill itself, and your body obliges without resistance.
- Everything about them hurt the living.
-Ā The longer they exist, the greater is their potential of destruction; as the Corrupt Aspect defies more and more of our sanity, they also need to feed more to survive as they grow.
-Ā HorrorĀ decay is far too terrible, and their hunger is disproportionate and incompatible with life.
